I brought my car in for an alignment. They were very busy and nonetheless managed to fit me in even though I didn't have an date. They were very courteous and didn't talk down to me because I'm a adult female (my pet peeve). They also explained to me why my car was out of alignment then we could fix the root issue and save me from farther clothing and tear on the vehicle. Overall a peachy experience!

Gulf Declension has worked on my 2006 Dodge ram and other vehicles numerous times. My truck has 200k+ miles and requires more than maintenance than I wish. They've always been straightforward with there answers and fix the issue. I've probably spent $5000 on maintenance in the final 4 years, and I'v never had to return it for something they previously addressed. As far equally price comparing goes, I have no reference. My thought is you pay for what y'all get. Practice you want the task washed right, Or inexpensive. They do it correct.

Frank and the guys fixed my front bicycle bearing problem on my Nissan Titan. New bearing assemblies and rotors and pads as well equally 1 new caliper. Serviced the truck in 6 hours and was easy for pickup. Frank personally communicated starting at 8am about what the problems were and his recommendations. I did a Google search for best client rated auto care businesses near 77539. Later reading several reviews on several businesses I chose Gulf Coast to call and ser if they could find out what was incorrect with my truck. Being a woman trying to draw and give sound furnishings of the noises my truck was making didn't bother Randy or Blake. I told them what my concerns were and Blake said just bring information technology in to our shop and I or one of my technicians will drive it, and to the best of our ability determine what and where the noises are coming from. Before I got home I had already received a text telling me what the noises were. Information technology was my transmission and even though they don't specialize in fixing transmissions they were honest in telling me I should take it to a Certified Transmission store. I chosen and had a guy locally in their area that works on transmissions go pick it up from their shop. Randy was very honest and didn't even charge me anything to bulldoze information technology and take a look at it. As a customer our greatest fears are that we are going to be taken advantage of by an machine repairman. I capeesh their kindness and patience in talking with me and DEFINITELY appreciate their honesty. I will definitely have my truck dorsum to accept the other mechanical issues taken care of after my Transmission is taken care of. Thank you again for your honesty, respect and patience.

My married man and I were new to the expanse 2017 when my Tahoe needed some service. I had taken it to several shops and was told completely dissimilar diagnosis. After taking my vehicle in and discussing options with the owner Frank, I.e.best value options, and what needed to be taken care at that time( too which options would save coin, AND that the other diagnoses from the other places were not the problem) I decided to have them fix it! Extremely satisfied with the service! What they diagnosed was the problem, NOT what the other shops had told me! Since that day not only has my husband taken his truck in for service but Me existence a woman felt positive enough to send many of my female clients to him and my female employees who are unmarried. They also felt confident when their cars were completed. Frank and his shop truly gives you the best service needed, Whether your a female(won't steer you wrong) or a male person! This is non a place that will lead yous to think it's something style more expensive if it's not! LADIES this IS the place you volition feel confident virtually the diagnosis! From uncomplicated oil changes to catalytic converter to differential and rear end replacement(and more) they accept delivered above and beyond very fourth dimension. They always become the actress mile, and they always listen to my concerns and address them and explain everything then thoroughly. I have learned so much about my motorcar since I've been bringing it to them! They go on me updated through calls/texts/pictures of the repairs being washed and how they are progressing. They always shoot me strait and never recommend service or repairs that are not needed. I have had some actually horrible experiences elsewhere before I found them. There's a lot of mechanics out there that will accept reward of you and recommend or flat out lie about repairs that need to exist done that don't. Ive been out thousands of dollars for bad repairs..you could say I had serious trust issues earlier finding GCATR. I've been dreading to have my vehicle worked on equally I was told I'd have to take it to the dealer to get the ABS Computer fixed. I just kept driving it with the ABS light coming on for a while. I had some other issues pop up. A lot of people from my car social club recommended me to another shop in the area. I saw Gulf Coast Automobile's reviews and FB folio. The other shop never replied back to me via their "contact us" page. I idea that was a bad sign. Besides when I visited the other shops FB page I noticed people who work in that location posting foul language and that turned me off quickly. Very unprofessional.

I noticed that Gulf Coast Motorcar had a clean Facebook folio and merely talked nigh vehicles and it was very professional folio. I chip the bullet and took my car in yesterday morn. Boy I've been missing out for a long fourth dimension about this hidden gym. I more often than not dealt with Frank the General Manager, merely some of the times I chosen in and Randy or Blake answered the telephone and they were top notch.

I've never had a shop text me and so often to tell me what they were doing on my vehicle. I've always had to call other shops dorsum as they never call you dorsum. My car had many things worked on and it was ready on Tuesday at 2pm. That is unheard of around League City. If I could give these people 100 stars they deserve it. All that was needed for the ABS was a Cycle sensor, but I do give thanks you for fixing all the other things wrong and the other things I kept texting back to have repaired. Drives great. If I ever need anything else I volition be back. I will also recommend your business to all my friends. Thank you again very much.

I took my car to another shop in League Urban center and most immediately regretted that decision. After finding Gulf Coast on Yelp and reading the positive reviews, I called them upward and they agreed to come tow my car from the first store to their location. They kept me posted every step of the manner and informed me of the cost before proceeding with any labor intensive testing. When they called to tell me what the problem was, they had already checked the recall notices and advised that I take my SUV to the dealer so the recalls could be taken intendance of at no charge. They really took the fourth dimension to run the appropriate tests and were able to clearly explain the results.

I'll go straight back to them anytime I have whatever futurity problems. They're amazing!
